calendar photo contest waiver form

I hereby authorize Tampa Bay Watch to publish the photograph(s) I submit, along with my name, for the purposes of use in the 2024 Tampa Bay Watch calendar and in Tampa Bay Watch materials. I confirm that each photo I submit was taken by me and is not copyrighted under any circumstance. I acknowledge that my participation in the Tampa Bay Watch calendar is voluntary and I will receive no financial compensation. I agree that my participation in the calendar produced by Tampa Bay Watch confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Tampa Bay Watch, its contractors, and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. I understand that any, all, or none of the photos I submit may be selected for use in the 2024 Tampa Bay Watch calendar.
