Education is a vital part of Tampa Bay Watch’s mission. We offer education programs that introduce estuarine ecology and habitat restoration with a conservation message. Estuary EDventures encompasses our field trip and summer camp programs hosted at our Marine Education Center in Tierra Verde, FL. Students are exposed to the wonders of our natural world through hands-on, marine science labs, and immersive field experiences. Our programs aim to educate students about the Tampa Bay estuary while empowering and encouraging them to act as environmental stewards of the bay.
