Enjoy this recap of the 2019 Savor the Bay at 400 Beach, below:
Tampa Bay Watch enjoyed yet another beautiful evening of food, wine, and fun at the recent Savor the Bay at 400 Beach.
We congratulate Chef McClinton on an expertly delivered stellar culinary performance perfectly complimented by the delicious paired wines of City Beautiful Beverage Company.
We would like to express our gratitude and praise to Steve Westphal, John Ruetz, Leigha Cole, and all of the 400 Beach staff for the flawless service they provided for our event. We are truly appreciative of this partnership with 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House, and for the skill and beauty they brought to our seasonal celebration of our precious shared resource, Tampa Bay. We would like to thank Joshua Patterson, Kyle Corman, and City Beautiful Beverage Company for their expert pairings and exceptional knowledge of natural sustainably crafted wines.
We hope that we enlightened you a little bit more on the importance of our shoreline restoration and education initiative Bay Grasses in Classes, through which we work to restore and improve the ecological health of the Tampa Bay estuary shoreline via stabilization and habitat creation. Please know that a portion of the proceeds from the evening will directly benefit this valuable ongoing project. Thank you Sweet Bay Nursery for your generous donation of native grasses and for helping us illuminate the crucial role native grasses play in a variety of habitats.
