Oyster Reef Balls

Each weighing approximately 200 lbs., the oyster reef balls are constructed with marine-friendly materials. They are strategically placed in areas with high wave energy to combat shoreline erosion. The design of these reef balls includes numerous nooks and crannies, which encourage oyster larvae to attach to both the external and internal surfaces. This approach not only creates a productive and enhanced habitat but also helps to prevent erosion from threatening further habitats along the shoreline.
